REFUND & DISPUTE POLICY

  1. All Sales Are Final. No Refunds.

ALL PURCHASES MADE THROUGH REV ONE TRADING LLC ("REV ONE," "COMPANY," "WE," "OUR," OR "US") ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE. THIS INCLUDES, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ALL CHALLENGE ACCOUNT PURCHASES (CLASSIC AND RALLY), MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION FEES, RALLY ACTIVATION FEES, EVALUATION RESETS, FUNDED RESETS, ADD-ON PURCHASES, AND ANY OTHER FEES OR CHARGES ASSOCIATED WITH THE SERVICES.

Once your payment has been processed and you have received login credentials or access to the simulated trading platform, no refund, credit, exchange, or reversal will be issued under any circumstances except as expressly set forth in Sections 7 and 8 of this Policy. This policy applies regardless of whether you:

  • Use or do not use the Services after purchase;

  • Pass or fail the evaluation challenge;

  • Violate the Trading Rules and have your Account terminated;

  • Experience technical difficulties or platform downtime;

  • Change your mind about the purchase;

  • Are dissatisfied with the Services for any reason;

  • Believe you were charged incorrectly (please contact support before initiating a dispute); or

  • Reside in a jurisdiction that may provide for cooling-off periods or other consumer refund rights, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are purchasing access to a digital service that is delivered immediately upon payment processing, and you expressly waive any right to a refund, cooling-off period, or withdrawal right to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

  1. Nature of Your Purchase

To be clear about what you are purchasing:

  • Challenge Accounts (Classic): You are purchasing a recurring monthly subscription to access a simulated futures-trading evaluation. You are NOT making a deposit, funding a trading account, or investing capital.

  • Challenge Accounts (Rally): You are purchasing a recurring monthly subscription to access a simulated futures-trading evaluation. Upon successfully passing the evaluation, you are separately charged a one-time, non-refundable Activation Fee to activate the Funded Account, subject to the Pre-Funding Gateway provisions in Section 7.

  • Evaluation Resets: You are purchasing a one-time, non-refundable fresh start on a breached Evaluation Account.

  • Funded Resets: You are purchasing a one-time, non-refundable fresh start on a breached Funded Account.

  • Add-Ons: You are purchasing optional feature modifications or enhancements. These are digital service enhancements delivered at the time of purchase.

All purchases are for digital services and simulated futures-trading access. No real capital is placed at risk. No actual market transactions are executed. There is nothing to "return" because no physical or financial product has been delivered. You have purchased access to a service.

  1. Recurring Subscriptions

Challenge Account purchases are recurring monthly subscriptions that automatically renew and charge your payment method on file each billing cycle during the Evaluation phase only. Monthly billing does not continue once you advance to the Funded Account.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Account dashboard or by contacting support at support@revonetrading.com. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds, prorated credits, or refunds for unused portions of a billing period will be issued.

It is your sole responsibility to cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle if you no longer wish to be charged. Failure to cancel before renewal is not grounds for a refund.

  1. Chargeback and Dispute Policy

FILING A CHARGEBACK, PAYMENT DISPUTE, OR CLAIM WITH YOUR BANK, CREDIT CARD COMPANY, PAYMENT PROCESSOR, OR ANY OTHER FINANCIAL INSTITUTION IN CONNECTION WITH A LEGITIMATE CHARGE FROM REV ONE IS A VIOLATION OF THIS POLICY AND THE TERMS OF SERVICE.

If you file a chargeback or dispute for a legitimate charge, the following consequences will apply immediately and without further notice:

  • Permanent ban: Your Account and all associated accounts will be permanently terminated and you will be permanently banned from all Rev One Services.

  • Forfeiture of all pending Payouts: Any pending, accrued, requested, or future Payouts will be immediately and irrevocably forfeited.

  • Forfeiture of all account access: All Challenge Accounts, Funded Accounts, and any other active accounts will be immediately terminated with no compensation.

  • Collection action: Rev One reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies, including but not limited to collection of the disputed amount, associated chargeback fees, administrative costs, attorney's fees, and damages.

  • Reporting: Rev One may report fraudulent chargeback activity to applicable fraud databases, payment processors, and law enforcement authorities.

  • Industry sharing: Rev One may share information about fraudulent disputes with other proprietary trading evaluation firms for fraud prevention purposes.

If you believe a charge is unauthorized or incorrect, you MUST contact Rev One support at support@revonetrading.com BEFORE initiating any dispute with your financial institution. We will investigate and resolve legitimate billing errors promptly. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us will be treated as a violation of this Policy regardless of the underlying reason.

  1. Promotional Offers and Free Trials

From time to time, Rev One may offer promotional pricing, discount codes, giveaways, or free trial access. These offers are subject to the following conditions:

  • Promotional offers are non-transferable, cannot be combined with other offers, and may be limited to one per person, Household, or payment method.

  • Free trial or promotional access may convert to a paid subscription at the end of the promotional period. It is your responsibility to cancel before the promotional period ends if you do not wish to be charged.

  • Promotional pricing does not entitle you to a refund of the difference if prices subsequently decrease.

  • Rev One reserves the right to revoke promotional offers if obtained through fraud, abuse, or violation of the applicable terms.

  • Refund requests based on promotional offer confusion, misunderstanding, or failure to cancel a trial will not be honored.

  1. Challenge Fee Rebate Program

Rev One may, at its sole discretion, offer a challenge fee rebate to eligible Funded Account holders as a reward for successful completion of the evaluation process. If offered, the rebate will be subject to the following conditions:

  • The rebate amount, timing, and eligibility criteria will be specified in the applicable program documentation and may change at any time.

  • The rebate is not a refund. It is a performance-based reward that is contingent upon maintaining a Funded Account in good standing and meeting all applicable conditions.

  • The rebate will be included with a qualifying Payout, not issued as a separate payment.

  • The rebate is forfeited if the Funded Account is terminated for any reason, including Trading Rule violations, before the rebate is distributed.

  • The rebate program may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time in the Company's sole discretion.

  1. Activation Fee Non-Refundability

This Section applies to the one-time Rally Activation Fee charged after a successful Evaluation pass.

THE ACTIVATION FEE IS NON-REFUNDABLE. Once you pass the Evaluation and the Activation Fee has been charged, it is not refundable, convertible to Rev One Wallet credit, or otherwise returnable in any form, except as set forth in Sections 8 (Limited Exceptions for duplicate charges and unauthorized transactions) and 9 (Insolvency).

Pre-Funding Gateway resubmission. If you pass the Evaluation, are charged the Activation Fee, and are unable to complete one or more of the Pre-Funding Gateways (signed Funded Trader Agreement, Sumsub identity verification, RiseWorks payout-rails onboarding), the Account is placed into a pending-activation state. You may resubmit any failed Gateway at any time. There is no time limit on resubmission. Upon successful completion of all three Gateways, the Funded Account is provisioned and the Activation Fee is honored toward activation. No refund, wallet credit, or other remediation is issued.

Trader cancellation or refusal. If you cancel the pending Account or otherwise refuse to complete the Pre-Funding Gateways, the Activation Fee is forfeited.

Disqualified cases. If your Pre-Funding Gateway failure results from sanctions screening, OFAC findings, suspected fraud, identity misrepresentation, or other compliance-driven reasons that render activation unlawful, the Activation Fee is forfeited.

By passing the Evaluation and proceeding to checkout for the Activation Fee, you acknowledge and agree that the Activation Fee is non-refundable and that completion of the Pre-Funding Gateways is your sole pathway to obtaining the Funded Account that the Activation Fee purchases.

  1. Limited Exceptions

Rev One may, in its sole and absolute discretion, consider exceptions to this no-refund policy only in the following extremely limited circumstances:

  • Duplicate charges: If you are charged more than once for the same purchase due to a verified system error, Rev One will reverse the duplicate charge upon verification.

  • Unauthorized transactions: If your payment method was used without your authorization due to fraud (not involving your negligence), Rev One will work with you and your financial institution to resolve the issue. You must report unauthorized transactions within seventy-two (72) hours of the charge.

Any exception granted is at the Company's sole discretion and does not create a precedent, right, or expectation for future exceptions. All exception requests must be submitted in writing to support@revonetrading.com within seventy-two (72) hours of the applicable charge. The exceptions in this Section do not apply in the event of Company insolvency or similar proceedings; see Section 9.

  1. No Refund Obligation in Insolvency

Any refund or wallet-credit commitment under this Policy is a general unsecured obligation of the Company and does not survive Company insolvency, bankruptcy, receivership, dissolution, or assignment for the benefit of creditors. In any such proceeding, any unprocessed refund, pending wallet credit, or pending Payout becomes an unsecured, non-priority general claim against the Company, subject to the counterparty-risk and insolvency provisions in the Terms of Service and the Risk Disclosure Statement. The Company makes no representation that refunds or wallet credits will be honored if the Company becomes unable to pay its debts as they come due.

  1. Consumer Protection Notice

Certain jurisdictions may provide consumers with statutory rights that cannot be waived by contract, including cooling-off periods or other refund rights. To the extent that any provision of this Policy conflicts with mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction, the mandatory law will apply only to the minimum extent required. Nothing in this Policy is intended to limit or exclude any rights that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

If you reside in a jurisdiction with mandatory refund or cancellation rights, please contact support@revonetrading.com for jurisdiction-specific information before making a purchase.

  1. Acceptance of This Policy

By completing any purchase through the Services, you acknowledge and confirm that:

  • You have read, understood, and agree to this Refund & Dispute Policy in its entirety;

  • You understand that all sales are final and non-refundable except as expressly provided in Sections 7 and 8;

  • You understand the consequences of filing a chargeback or payment dispute;

  • You understand that you are purchasing access to a digital service, not making a deposit or investment;

  • You understand that any refund or wallet-credit commitment is unsecured and does not survive Company insolvency;

  • You accept full responsibility for managing your subscription and canceling before renewal if you do not wish to be charged; and

  • You waive any right to a refund, cooling-off period, or withdrawal right to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

If you do not agree with this Policy, do not make any purchase through the Services.

  1. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund & Dispute Policy at any time. Updated versions will be posted on the Platform with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Services or any subsequent purchase after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.
