Do-Not-Track Signals: Due to the lack of an agreed-upon technical standard, we do not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals. If a future standard is adopted, we will update this Policy accordingly. We do recognize the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal where required by applicable law.

We implement reasonable and appropriate physical, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect the confidentiality, integrity, availability, and resilience of your Personal Data. Promotional communications: You may opt out of promotional emails at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in any promotional email or by contacting us. Opting out of promotional communications does not affect transactional or administrative communications related to your Account.
12. Additional Information for U.S. State Residents
Certain U.S. states provide their residents with additional privacy rights and disclosures. This section applies to you only if you are a resident of one of the states described below and the applicable state law applies to our processing of your Personal Data.

12.3 Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, and Other State Residents
If you are a resident of Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, or another U.S. state with applicable privacy legislation, you may have rights similar to those described in Section 11, including the right to access, correct, delete, and port your data, and the right to opt out of targeted advertising, profiling, and the sale of your Personal Data. 13. Additional Information for International Users
13.1 European Economic Area (EEA) and United Kingdom

The Services may integrate with or link to third-party social media platforms. If you interact with social media features on our Services, or use your social media credentials to access the Services, the social media platform may collect information about your interactions in accordance with its own privacy policy. We may also collect information you make publicly available through social media. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party social media platforms.
We maintain active social media pages. Any content, comments, or other materials you submit on our social media pages may be publicly visible. We reserve the right to use and repost such content as permitted by applicable law.
16. Automated Processing
We may use automated processing, including algorithms and machine learning, to analyze trading activity, detect fraudulent or prohibited conduct, calculate payout eligibility, and improve the Services. You will not be subject to decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal effects concerning you without your prior consent, except where permitted by applicable law.
17. Biometric Information
In connection with KYC verification, we or our third-party verification providers may collect biometric identifiers, such as facial geometry derived from photographs or selfies submitted during the verification process. Biometric data is used solely for identity verification and fraud prevention purposes. We retain biometric data only as long as necessary for the purpose of collection or as required by law, and we will destroy biometric data in accordance with applicable law.
