The board that never went quiet

Twenty-nine countries traded Wednesday's session, and 23 of the 24 Chicago hours had a Rev One trader in the market. The only quiet one was the hour the exchange itself shuts.

Every country that traded Wednesday's session, lit on the map. Latvia, Jamaica, Hungary and Lebanon were on the board too, but they are too small to hold a cell on the dot map.

Wednesday was not the biggest session we have counted. It was the one that never stopped.

The first trade closed at 00:00 Chicago time, from India. The last one closed at 23:49, from Kenya. In between, every single hour of the day had at least one Rev One trader with a position on, except 16:00, and that is the hour the exchange itself shuts for maintenance. Nobody planned that. It is just what 128 traders spread across 29 countries, from Jamaica to Japan, looks like when you draw them on a clock.

The busiest stretch was the 08:00 hour, around the US cash open: 128 trades from 15 countries in sixty minutes, more than the whole evening put together. The quietest was 20:00, one trade, one trader. Both of those are the platform working.

Four sessions worth copying

+$571.00

Eleven trades on a Track $2,500, and one contract on every single one of them. Micro Nasdaq and micro S&P, from 13:51 to 17:25 Chicago time, eight of the eleven green. The account allows twice the size he used. He finished the day 3.8 times through his profit target without ever needing it.

Kris J.🇰🇪@Jake
+$170.50

Six one-contract trades on micro Nasdaq inside 45 minutes, between 21:26 and 22:11 Chicago time, and then he closed the platform. That run took his Flex $5,000 through the $250 profit target, and every other gate on the evaluation went green with it.

Eyner C.🇺🇸@ecruz
+$220.00

Twelve trades across two Track $2,500 accounts, never above two contracts, and almost all of them closed inside a minute. One went against him at 13:44 and he had it back fifteen seconds later. His funded badge went up in the Pit the same day.

David M.🇬🇧@Davie79
+$336.00

Five micro gold trades, two contracts at most, spread from midday to the evening while everyone else was crowded into the index. It carried his Track $2,500 straight through the profit target on the account's first day.

Head count and trade count draw two different maps. The United States sent 35 traders and India 25, and between them they account for nearly half the board. Turkey sent exactly one trader, and that one trader put up 64 trades and 725 contracts on his own, close to a third of the day's volume. Jamaica, Hungary, Lebanon and Japan each sent one person who took a trade or two and went back to their day.

Micro Nasdaq carried 534 of the 814 trades. After that it thins out fast: micro gold 96, micro S&P 56, micro crude 42, micro Dow 24. Twelve instruments in total, and the gold traders like David M.🇬🇧@Davie79 were the ones with the room to themselves.

Cleared yesterday

  • Sixteen accounts crossed their profit target during the session, from Track $2,500 accounts up to a Flex $100,000. Nine of those cleared every remaining gate at the same time, which means the evaluation is done. We check that by rebuilding each account's balance day by day rather than trusting a status field, so the count is what actually happened inside the session.
  • Thirteen funded badges went up in the Pit, from ten traders across five countries. Two of them, Eyner C.🇺🇸@ecruz and David M.🇬🇧@Davie79, were on the board the same day they earned it.
  • Vasile C.🇷🇴@TheTrader went three for three on a Track $2,500, one and two contracts, for $119.50. Romania's quietest possible good day.

In the Pit

Two of you had your first payout processed yesterday, hours apart. Youssera C.🇩🇿@youra requested $2,791.00 and kept $2,059.76 of it, a 73.8% split. Devansh S.🇮🇳@fxd requested $136.50 and kept $101.97, a 74.7% split. Different account sizes, same programme, and two different Profit Split scores deciding what each of them took home. That is the whole idea in a single afternoon.

The room is at 3,241 members. 146 were active during the session, five new members arrived from Brazil, Mexico, the United States and Nigeria, and one more Email Drop went out with a 70% discount attached. Of the 128 traders who were on the board yesterday, 127 are already in here.

One empty hour in twenty-four, and it was not ours. See you on the board.
