The community showed up twice
Seventy-one traders across eighteen countries put up 427 trades yesterday. Meanwhile, back in the Pit, a drop sent twenty-three people home with a challenge account.
Thursday was one of those days where the community did the talking.
Out on the charts it was a wide, ordinary, busy session: seventy-one of you live across eighteen countries, 427 trades between you, 1,023 contracts. India sent twenty-two traders and Nigeria sent fifteen, and between them they were more than half the room. Then the United States with ten, the UK with four, and a long tail that reached Kenya, Canada, Brazil, Pakistan, Australia, South Africa, Azerbaijan, Lebanon, Tanzania, the UAE, Morocco, Ethiopia, Indonesia and Algeria. Four of those had not shown up on Wednesday's map at all.
And while that was happening, the Pit ran a drop. 119 of you claimed it inside the session. Twenty-three walked away with a free challenge account.
The three who passed, and one who ground
Started the session $125 under his $5,000 Flex target and passed it. Eight trades, every single one of them a one-lot micro Nasdaq. The worst of them cost him $21.50. The one that took him through he held for nineteen minutes, the longest he sat in anything all day. Small when he was wrong, patient when he was right. He closed the session at exactly $5,250.00, dead on the target line.
Passed his $50,000 evaluation the hard way. He sat through a rough patch in the middle of the session, kept his size where it was, and two clean trades late on took him through the line at $52,510.50. He is allowed forty contracts on that account. He never went past seven.
Did not pass anything yesterday, and still had one of the sessions we liked most. Nineteen trades across two $5,000 accounts, eleven of them green, and his worst trade of the entire day cost him $18. That is nineteen decisions and not one of them big enough to hurt him.
Where the room was, Thursday's session
Passed their evaluation yesterday
- Adamu B.๐ณ๐ฌ@Adamudugge took his $5,000 Flex through the line at exactly $5,250.00, on eight one-lot trades.
- Comfort J.๐ณ๐ฌ@commy sat $5 under her $5,000 Flex target, took a single micro S&P trade, and that was that. Sometimes it really is that close.
- Saurabh K.๐ฎ๐ณ@saurabhsharma crossed his $50,000 Flex target at $52,510.50, using no more than seven of the forty contracts he is allowed.
The drop, in one session
The Pit Stop drop went off during Thursday's session and 119 of you claimed it. Twenty-three of those were free challenge accounts: seventeen $2,500 Flex and six $5,000 Flex. The other ninety-five were discount codes, the biggest of them at 90% off.
That puts the Pit at 2,349 members, with 1,004 of you active in the last week.
Eighteen countries, seventy-one traders, three evaluations passed, and the number we keep thinking about is $21.50. That was the worst trade Adamu B.๐ณ๐ฌ@Adamudugge took all day, on the day he passed. Small size, small mistakes, and a target line crossed to the cent.
See you in the Pit.
