Official Giveaway Rules

1. Eligibility

  • Must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
  • Must be a verified member of the official Rev One Trading Discord server.
  • Must reside in a country where trading in financial markets is legally permitted.
  • Employees of Rev One Trading and their immediate family and household members are not eligible.
  • Must have a valid email address to receive notifications.

2. How to Enter

During the entry period, participants must complete all of the following steps:

  • Join the official Rev One Trading Discord server using the invitation link.
  • Complete Discord verification on the Giveaway entry page.
  • Submit the entry form with accurate name, email address, and country of residence.
  • Agree to the Giveaway Rules and Terms and Conditions.

All four steps are required. Incomplete entries are not accepted.

3. Entry Limitations

Important: one entry per person.

  • Limit one (1) entry per person for the duration of the Giveaway.
  • Multiple entries from the same person, email, or Discord account result in disqualification.
  • Entries generated by script, macro, bot, or automated means are void.
  • Entries must be submitted through the official Giveaway page.

4. Launch Giveaway Account Specs

Every qualified participant receives one free $10,000 simulated funded account. No payout caps apply.

  • Account Size: $10,000.
  • Price: Free.
  • Drawdown Model: Intraday Trailing.
  • Max Loss: 4%.
  • Buffer Zone: First 4% earned is not withdrawable.
  • Profit Goal: 3% per cycle.
  • Payout Frequency: Friday Payday.
  • Minimum Withdrawal: 1% of balance or $250, whichever is higher.
  • Payout Caps: None.
  • Minimum Trading Days: 5 days with 0.50% daily minimum.
  • Consistency Rule: 30% max single-day concentration.

All accounts are simulated funded accounts with access to the same Trader Payout Pool model.

5. Market Rules and Costs

  • Futures Commissions: $5/round trip standard, $0.50/round trip micros.
  • Forex and Crypto Commissions: Zero.
  • Automated Systems: Futures not allowed. Forex and Crypto allowed.
  • Weekend Holding: Futures no. Forex and Crypto allowed.
  • Overnight Holding: Futures must close by 4:59 PM ET. Forex and Crypto allowed.
  • Inactivity Rule: Suspended after 7 calendar days with no trades.
  • Maximum funded accounts: 10 per household.
  • Account Size Throttle (PW): 0.05x for $10K accounts.

6. Prize and Payout Conditions

  • Accounts are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Payouts are performance-based distributions from the Trader Payout Pool.
  • No payout caps apply to giveaway accounts.
  • Participants must complete onboarding and verification requirements before account activation and payouts.
  • Any applicable taxes remain the participant's responsibility.

7. Account Notification and Activation

  • Qualified participants will be notified by email when accounts are ready for activation.
  • Activation announcements will also be posted in the Rev One Trading Discord server.
  • Participants must respond within seven (7) days to activate their account.
  • Failure to respond may result in forfeiture of the account.
  • Rev One Trading may reallocate forfeited accounts at its discretion.

8. Verification Requirements

Before receiving any prize, participants may be required to:

  • Verify identity with a government-issued photo ID.
  • Provide proof of age and residence.
  • Sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release.
  • Provide tax identification information as required by law.

9. Disqualification

Rev One Trading may disqualify any participant who:

  • Violates these Official Rules.
  • Provides false or misleading information.
  • Attempts duplicate or fraudulent entries.
  • Tampers with the entry process or Giveaway operation.
  • Acts in an unsportsmanlike, disruptive, or harassing manner.
  • Attempts to circumvent Discord verification.

10. General Conditions

  • No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win.
  • Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
  • This is a simulation-only program and not an offer of investment services.
  • Rev One Trading may cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if integrity is compromised.
  • All decisions of Rev One Trading regarding the Giveaway are final and binding.
  • By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Rules and all related decisions.
