Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By participating in the Rev One Trading Launch Giveaway (the Giveaway), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the Terms). If you do not agree, you may not participate.

Rev One Trading may modify these Terms at any time. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Sponsor

The Giveaway is sponsored by Rev One Trading (the Sponsor), which is responsible for administration and fulfillment.

3. Eligibility Requirements

• Participants must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• Participants must reside where financial market trading is legally permitted.
• Employees, officers, directors, agents, and immediate family members of Rev One Trading are not eligible.
• Participants must have a valid Discord account and be verified in the official Rev One Trading Discord server.
• Void where prohibited by law.

4. Entry Period

The Giveaway begins on announcement and ends at the official Rev One Trading launch date. Entries must be received before the end of the period.

The Sponsor may extend or shorten the entry period at its sole discretion.

5. How to Enter

To enter the Giveaway, participants must:

• Join the official Rev One Trading Discord server.
• Complete Discord verification on the Giveaway entry page.
• Submit the entry form with accurate personal information.
• Accept these Terms and the Giveaway Rules.

Important: one entry per person. Multiple entries result in disqualification.

6. Accounts

Every qualified participant receives a funded trading account. Up to 10,000 accounts will be awarded initially, with potential to scale to 25,000 based on demand and capacity. Each account has a $10,000 account size.

• Funded accounts are simulated and skill-based.
• Accounts activate following official platform launch and onboarding completion.
• Payouts are performance-based distributions from the Trader Payout Pool.
• No payout caps apply to giveaway accounts.
• Accounts are governed by trading rules and withdrawal policies.
• Accounts are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash value.

All accounts are simulated funded accounts and not brokerage investment accounts.

7. Fees and Refunds

The launch giveaway account is free. Any optional paid products or upgrades on Rev One are final sale and non-refundable unless required by law.

8. Qualification and Notification

Eligibility is verified after entry closes. Qualified participants are notified by email and Discord direct message.

Participants must respond within fourteen (14) days and complete onboarding to activate accounts. Failure may result in forfeiture.

9. Privacy and Data Collection

By entering, you consent to collection and use of personal information including name, email, country of residence, and Discord data for Giveaway administration and compliance.

Information is not sold and is shared only as needed to administer the Giveaway or as required by law.

10. Taxes

Any applicable taxes and associated costs are the participant's responsibility. Tax forms may be issued where required by law.

11. Limitation of Liability

By participating, you release Rev One Trading and related parties from liability arising from Giveaway participation, technical failures, entry issues, or account usage outcomes to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12. Disqualification

The Sponsor may disqualify participants who violate these Terms, tamper with operations, act disruptively, or undermine Giveaway integrity.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state of Florida. Disputes are resolved exclusively in Florida courts.

14. Severability

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms and the Giveaway Rules constitute the full agreement between you and Rev One Trading regarding the Giveaway.
