Ten targets, one session
Yesterday ten of you cleared the profit target on your challenge, all inside the same session. One hundred and thirty-four traders from 35 countries put in the day, and every one of them was already in the Pit.
Some sessions announce themselves. Yesterday did not. There was no record on the board, no single giant number, just 134 traders from 35 countries quietly getting on with it. The story was underneath: by the time the session closed at Chicago midnight, ten of you had crossed the profit target on your challenge.
The pulse first. One hundred and thirty-four traders, 193 accounts, 783 trades, 2,066 contracts. The United States sent the biggest room with 34 traders, India and Nigeria tied right behind at 25 each, then Canada, Indonesia, the Philippines and Israel. Micro Nasdaq did most of the work as always, 564 of the 783 trades, with micro gold at 87 and micro crude at 39 filling in the rest. Nothing exotic. Just a lot of people trading small and finishing what they started.
The disciplined hands
Put up the cleanest card on the board. Twenty trades on a $25,000 account, nineteen of them green. He was wrong exactly once, gave $348 back on that trade, and then strung nineteen small micro Nasdaq scalps together without once taking more than ten of the twenty contracts he was allowed. No single trade made his day. The refusal to press did. Sri Lanka had a very good Thursday.
Three trades, three winners, one contract each. He held a micro S&P short for 26 minutes, a micro crude position for nearly an hour, and a micro gold short for a quarter of one, and banked all three. Patience over volume, on a $25,000 account he never crowded.
Latvia on the board. Three micro Dow shorts on a $50,000 account, every one green, the last held for almost ninety minutes. He had the room for far more size and simply did not reach for it.
Kenya, and a tidy three for three: one micro crude, two micro Dow, two contracts a clip, every one a winner. A small account traded exactly the way a small account is meant to be traded.
What the session traded
Ten evaluation targets cleared
- Ten accounts crossed their challenge profit target while the session was live, from the United States, India and Colombia. Every one is an evaluation target cleared, not a funded or payout-eligible account: an activation step, and on some challenges a handful of minimum trading days, still stand in the way. We verified each one by rebuilding the account balance trade by trade and stopping at the session close, because the stored pass flags update in a nightly batch and quietly carry over crossings from other days.
- Harsh P.๐ฎ๐ณ@cheif11 and Tharun A.๐ฎ๐ณ@GentleGaint got theirs done inside the first hour, both clearing $5,000 Flex evaluations, Tharun A.๐ฎ๐ณ@GentleGaint over thirteen small trades in one and two lots.
- Jesse S.๐บ๐ธ, Jorge A.๐บ๐ธ, Johnson J.๐ฎ๐ณ@rich_rational and Phillip D.๐บ๐ธ all crossed their $2,500 targets across the middle of the session, within about forty minutes of each other.
- Steffen S.๐บ๐ธ closed the run out just after midday, the last of the ten to tag his line.
- Three more traders crossed in the same session and are counted here but left unnamed, because another of their accounts finished the day red and we would rather celebrate cleanly than expose a bad account next to a good one.
The room and the results are the same people now
Here is the number that says the most about where we are: of the 134 traders who traded yesterday, all 134 are members of the Pit. Not most. All of them.
The Pit crossed 3,200 members this week, with 1,091 of you active in the last seven days and 812 messages traded between you. So when the map lights up in 35 countries, every one of those dots is someone you can already message.
That is the quiet kind of session we like most. No fireworks, no outlier carrying the day, just a lot of people trading small, ten of them clearing a real hurdle, and a standout from Sri Lanka who got nineteen of twenty right and never once got greedy about it.
See you in the Pit.
